The Chase County Longhorns volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Decatur Community Red Devils to 0 in the Longhorns non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Longhorns now have a 3-8 record. They play next when they travel to Valentine for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 20. Chase County will play a team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Mitchell (Mitchell, NE). The record now stands at 3-4.

With the loss, Decatur Community drops to 7-8 on the campaign. The Red devils travel to Cheylin (Bird City, KS) to play the Cougars in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 23. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 14-5. Cheylin lost 3-1 in their recent non-league game against Dundy County-Stratton (Benkelman, NE)
