The Southwest Roughriders volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Decatur Community Red Devils to 0 in the Roughriders non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Roughriders now possess a 12-1 record. They play next when they travel to Cambridge for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 20. Southwest will play a Trojans team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Wallace (Wallace, NE). The Trojans record now stands at 10-2.

With the loss, Decatur Community drops to 7-6 on the campaign. The Red devils travel to Cheylin (Bird City, KS) to play the Cougars in a non-league game on Tuesday, September 23. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 14-5. Cheylin lost 3-1 in their recent non-league game against Dundy County-Stratton (Benkelman, NE)
