The Darien Blue Wave edged the host Stamford Black Knights volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Saturday's league game.

Coming up next, the Blue Wave play the St. Joseph Cadets (Trumbull, CT) in a Fairfield County outing, on Wednesday, September 24. Darien will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Cadets come into the outing with a 4-4 record after their 3-1 league loss to Ridgefield (Ridgefield, CT).

With the loss, Stamford drops to 1-1 on the year. The Black knights travel to Ridgefield (Ridgefield, CT) to confront the Tigers in a Fairfield County game on Saturday, September 27. The Tigers enter the game with a record of 4-1.
