In Saturday's league match, the Heritage Hills Patriots (Lincoln City, IN) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Mt. Vernon Wildcats (Mt. Vernon, IN), by a count of 3-0.

In their next game, the Patriots encounter the Evansville Reitz Panthers (Evansville, IN) in a non-league battle, on Monday, September 22. Heritage Hills will attempt to improve on its 11-8 season record. The Panthers go into the battle with a 6-9 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Terre Haute South Vigo (Terre Haute, IN).
