The Marion Warriors prevailed the visiting Lyons Lions volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Warriors clash with the Moundridge Wildcats (Moundridge, KS) in a Heart of America outing, on Tuesday, September 23. Marion will attempt to better on its 7-10 season record. The Wildcats come into the outing with a 16-0 record after their 0-0 league Berean Academy (Elbing, KS).

With the loss, Lyons drops to 0-10 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Ellsworth (Ellsworth, KS) to clash with the Bearcats in a North Central AA outing on Sunday, September 21.
