Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Minarets Mustangs (O'Neals, CA) and the host Sunnyside Wildcats (Fresno, CA), observed Minarets's volleyball team top Sunnyside by a count of 2-0.

The Mustangs (11-12) will now prepare for their contest against Liberty (Madera, CA). The Hawks enter the Northwest Sequoia contest with a 19-9 record. In their last contest, Liberty was knocked off by Immanuel (Reedley, CA), 3-0, in a non-league contest.
