Alabama High School Volleyball - Blount over Vigor
September 21, 2023: Eight Mile, AL 36610 Blount Leopards (Eight Mile, AL) followers went home happy Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Vigor Wolves (Prichard, AL), 3-0 in a non-league game.
The Leopards now possess a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Davidson for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 26. Blount will meet a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Baker (Mobile, AL). The Warriors record now stands at 11-12.
The Wolves (1-5) will now prepare for their game against Faith Academy (Mobile, AL). The Rams enter the 5A Area 2 game with a 14-12 record. In their last game, Faith Academy was dropped by St. Paul's Episcopal (Mobile, AL), 3-0, in a non-league game.
