Iowa High School Volleyball - Regina tips West Liberty
September 21, 2023: Iowa City, IA 52245 Regina Regals (Iowa City, IA) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting West Liberty Comets (West Liberty, IA), 3-2 in a league match.
Next up, the Regals clash with the Tipton Tigers (Tipton, IA) in a River Valley South match, on Saturday, September 23. Regina will attempt to advance on its 13-6 season record. The Tigers come into the match with a 11-8 record after their 3-0 league win over West Branch (West Branch, IA).
With the loss, West Liberty drops to 15-7 on the campaign. The Comets host Wilton (Wilton, IA) to clash with the Beavers in a River Valley South match on Thursday, September 28. The Beavers come into the match with a record of 17-6. Wilton won 3-0 in their recent league match against Durant (Durant, IA)
