Oregon High School Volleyball - McDaniel over Sunset
September 21, 2024: Portland, OR 97229 The McDaniel Mountain Lions volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Sunset Apollos to 1 in the Mountain Lions non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Mountain Lions now have a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Sandy for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 21. McDaniel will play a Pioneers team coming off a 3-1 league win over Clackamas (Clackamas, OR). The Pioneers record now stands at 6-2.
With the loss, Sunset drops to 8-5 on the campaign. The Apollos travel to La Salle (Milwaukie, OR) to play the Falcons in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 21. The Falcons come into the outing with a record of 4-7. La Salle lost 3-1 in their recent league outing against Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts (Milwaukie, OR)
