The Roncalli Catholic Crimson Pride (Omaha, NE) football edged the host Boys Town Cowboys (Boys Town, NE), 27-24 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Crimson Pride face the Platteview Trojans (Springfield, NE) in a C1 District 1 bout, on Friday, September 29. Roncalli Catholic will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Trojans enter the bout with a 2-3 record after their 21-14 league win over Fort Calhoun (Fort Calhoun, NE).
