In Monday's league match, the St. Mary's Academy Bobcats (Fairburn, GA) volleyball squad held off the visiting Heritage Preparatory Rams (Atlanta, GA), by a margin of 3-2.

The Bobcats now possess a 8-9 record. They play next when they travel to Holy Spirit Prep for a GIAA 1AA bout on Tuesday, September 23. St. Mary's Academy will clash with a Cougars team coming off a 3-2 league win over Heritage Preparatory (Atlanta, GA). The Cougars record now stands at 9-8.
