September 22, 2025: Fergus Falls, MN 56537 Hillcrest Lutheran Academy Comets (Fergus Falls, MN) followers left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Lake Park-Audubon Raiders (Lake Park, MN), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Hillcrest Lutheran Academy advances its record to 7-1 on the season. The Comets travel to Ashby (Ashby, MN) to face the Arrows in a Little Eight test on Tuesday, September 23. The Arrows go into the test with a record of 0-6. Ashby lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Rothsay (Rothsay, MN)
The Raiders now sport a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mahnomen/Waubun for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 23. Lake Park-Audubon will play a Thunderbirds team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Frazee (Frazee, MN). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 2-6.
