The Braintree Wamps held off the visiting Walpole Rebels volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's league test.

The Wamps now have a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Milton for a Bay State - Herget test on Tuesday, September 28. Braintree will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Norwell (Norwell, MA). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-3.

The Rebels (0-5) will now prepare for their test against Weymouth (South Weymouth, MA). The Wildcats enter the Bay State - Herget test with a 0-6 record. In their last test, Weymouth was nudged by Brookline (Brookline, MA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
