The North Lincoln Knights football team (Lincolnton, NC), was tipped 29-22 in Friday's league challenge with the host Hickory Red Tornadoes (Hickory, NC)

The Red Tornadoes (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Stephens (Hickory, NC). The Indians come into the 3A West Conference 51 challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, St. Stephens nipped North Iredell (Olin, NC), 21-7, in a league challenge.

The Knights now sport a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they host North Iredell for a 3A West Conference 51 challenge on Friday, September 30. North Lincoln will meet a Raiders team coming off a 21-7 league loss to St. Stephens (Hickory, NC). The Raiders record now stands at 1-4.
