September 23, 2022: Chester, NY 10918 The Chester Hambletonians volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Tuxedo Tornadoes to 1 in the Hambletonians league victory on Friday.
The Hambletonians now have a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sewanhaka for a non-league game on Friday, September 23. Chester will meet a Indians team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Valley Stream South (Valley Stream, NY). The Indians record now stands at 0-2.
The Tornadoes (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Sullivan West (Lake Huntington, NY). The Bulldogs enter the Section 9 Orange County IV game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Sullivan West dropped by Goshen Central (Goshen, NY), 3-0, in a non-league game.
