Anselmo-Merna Coyotes (Merna, NE) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting South Platte Blue Knights (Big Springs, NE), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Coyotes clash with the Brady Eagles (Brady, NE) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 23. Anselmo-Merna will attempt to advance on its 9-7 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 6-6 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Overton (Overton, NE).
