South Dakota High School Volleyball - Wessington Springs over Lower Brule

Wessington Springs Spartans (Wessington Springs, SD) backers left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Lower Brule Sioux (Lower Brule, SD), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Spartans battle the Corsica/Stickney Jaguars (Corsica, SD) in a B Region 5 match, on Tuesday, September 26. Wessington Springs will attempt to better on its 10-3 season record. The Jaguars come into the match with a 3-14 record after their 3-1 league win over Gregory (Gregory, SD).

With the loss, Lower Brule drops to 3-6 on the campaign. The Sioux travel to Lyman (Presho, SD) to battle the Raiders in a non-league match on Tuesday, September 26. The Raiders come into the match with a record of 8-7. Lyman lost 3-2 in their recent league match against Wall (Wall, SD)
