Tennessee High School Volleyball - Central Magnet over Cascade

Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Central Magnet (Murfreesboro, TN) and the visiting Cascade Champions (Wartrace, TN), observed Central Magnet's volleyball team top Cascade by a count of 3-0.

The (16-7) will now prepare for their contest against Battle Creek (Spring Hill, TN). The Grizzlies go into the AA District 8 battle with a 13-15 record. In their last battle, Battle Creek achieved victory over Giles County (Pulaski, TN), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Champions now own a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Community for a AA District 8 contest on Thursday, September 25. Cascade will battle a Vikings/Viqueens team coming off a 3-2 league win over Spring Hill (Columbia, TN). The Vikings/Viqueens record now stands at 6-8.
