The Siloam Springs Panthers volleyball squad (Siloam Springs, AR), was edged 3-2 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Van Buren Pointers (Van Buren, AR)

With the win, Van Buren improves its record to 6-5 on the season. The Pointers host Shiloh Christian (Springdale, AR) to encounter the Saints in a 5A West battle on Thursday, October 2. The Saints go into the battle with a record of 11-6.

The Panthers now own a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alma for a 5A West battle on Thursday, September 25. Siloam Springs will meet a Airedales team coming off a 3-1 league win over Russellville (Russellville, AR). The Airedales record now stands at 8-10.
