Arizona High School Volleyball - Verde Valley overwhelmed by West Valley Christian
September 23, 2025: Goodyear, AZ 85338 West Valley Christian Warriors (Goodyear, AZ) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Verde Valley Coyotes (Sedona, AZ), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, West Valley Christian advances its record to 6-3 on the season. The Warriors travel to Estrella (Avondale, AZ) to play the Sidewinders in a non-league outing on Wednesday, September 24. The Sidewinders come into the outing with a record of 0-5. Estrella lost 3-0 in their recent non-league game against Brighton Charter (Glendale, AZ)
The Coyotes (0-6) will now prepare for their game against American Heritage Academy (Cottonwood, AZ). The go into the CAA D1 Mountain game with a 2-6 record. In their last game, American Heritage Academy went down by BASIS - Prescott (Prescott, AZ), 3-0, in a league game.
