In Saturday's league contest, the Buford Wolves (Buford, GA) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Mountain View Bears (Lawrenceville, GA), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Wolves battle the Collins Hill Eagles (Suwanee, GA) in a 7A Area 8 contest, on Tuesday, September 27. Buford will attempt to better on its 28-5 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 5-22 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Lanier (Sugar Hill, GA).

With the loss, Mountain View moves to 10-15 on the year. The Bears travel to Central Gwinnett (Lawrenceville, GA) to battle the Black Knights in a 7A Area 8 contest on Tuesday, September 27. The Black Knights go into the contest with a record of 2-10. Central Gwinnett lost 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Wesleyan (Norcross, GA)
