September 24, 2022: Adel, GA 31620 In Saturday's league battle, the host Cook Hornets volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Southwest Patriots.
The Hornets (9-12) will now prepare for their battle against Thomas County Central (Thomasville, GA). The Yellow Jackets come into the non-league battle with a 2-10 record. In their last battle, Thomas County Central lost by Veterans (Kathleen, GA), 2-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Patriots clash with the Northeast Raiders (Macon, GA) in a 2A Area 1 battle, on Tuesday, September 27. Southwest will attempt to advance on its 0-6 season record. The Raiders come into the battle with a 3-8 record after their 2-0 league loss to Cook (Adel, GA).
