September 24, 2024: Elk Grove, CA 95624 Pleasant Grove Eagles (Elk Grove, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Monterey Trail Mustangs (Elk Grove, CA), 2-0 in a league test.
With the win, Pleasant Grove improves its record to 3-6 on the season. The Eagles travel to Cosumnes Oaks (Elk Grove, CA) to face the Wolfpack in a test on Tuesday, October 1. The Wolfpack go into the test with a record of 16-4.
The Mustangs now own a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Elk Grove for a test on Thursday, September 26. Monterey Trail will face a Thundering Herd squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Cosumnes Oaks (Elk Grove, CA). The Thundering Herd record now stands at 4-5.
