California High School Volleyball - Sacred Heart of Jesus overwhelmed by Bishop Montgomery
September 24, 2024: Torrance, CA 90503 Bishop Montgomery Knights (Torrance, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Sacred Heart of Jesus Comets (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Bishop Montgomery improves its record to 13-5 on the season. The Knights travel to Mary Star of the Sea (San Pedro, CA) to face the Stars in a Del Rey test on Thursday, September 26. The Stars go into the test with a record of 1-13. Mary Star of the Sea lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Bishop Amat (La Puente, CA)
The Comets now own a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Saint Joseph for a Del Rey test on Thursday, September 26. Sacred Heart of Jesus will face a Jesters squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Bishop Montgomery (Torrance, CA). The Jesters record now stands at 18-10.
