September 24, 2024: Glide, OR 97443 The Glide Wildcats topped the visiting South Umpqua Lancers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Tuesday's league game.
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Douglas Trojans (Winston, OR) in a 3A Far West game, on Thursday, September 26. Glide will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record. The Trojans go into the game with a 4-1 record after their 3-1 league loss to Coquille (Coquille, OR).
The Lancers (4-4) will now prepare for their game against Sutherlin (Sutherlin, OR). The Bulldogs go into the 3A Far West game with a 5-2 record. In their last game, Sutherlin gained a win over Siuslaw (Florence, OR), 3-2, in a league game.
