Michigan High School Volleyball - Houghton Lake overwhelmed by Pine River Area
September 24, 2024: Leroy, MI 49655 Pine River Area Bucks (Leroy, MI) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Houghton Lake Bobcats (Houghton Lake, MI), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Pine River Area advances its record to 9-2 on the season. The Bucks travel to Freeland (Freeland, MI) to face the Falcons in a non-league test on Saturday, September 28. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 18-6. Freeland won 3-1 in their recent league test against Garber (Essexville, MI)
The Bobcats now sport a 1-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kalkaska for a non-league test on Thursday, September 26.
