October 10, 2024: McBain, MI 49657 McBain Ramblers (McBain, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Houghton Lake Bobcats (Houghton Lake, MI), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, McBain improves its record to 12-11 on the season. The Ramblers travel to Beal City (Mt. Pleasant, MI) to face the Aggies in a Highland test on Tuesday, October 15. The Aggies go into the test with a record of 23-7.
The Bobcats now own a 2-18 record. They put it on the line next when they host Evart for a Highland test on Tuesday, October 15. Houghton Lake will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Northern Michigan Christian (McBain, MI). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-10.
