September 24, 2024: Mesquite, TX 75150 The Poteet Pirates topped the host North Mesquite Stallions volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league game.
Next up, the Pirates confront the Samuell Spartans (Dallas, TX) in a 5A Region II District 14 game, on Friday, September 27. Poteet will attempt to advance on its 13-7 season record. The Spartans go into the game with a 2-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Wilson (Dallas, TX).
The Stallions (4-10) will now prepare for their game against Adams (Dallas, TX). The Cougars go into the 5A Region II District 14 game with a 9-7 record. In their last game, Adams gained a win over Seagoville (Dallas, TX), 3-0, in a league game.
