The Valparaiso Vikings volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Munster Mustangs to 1 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Wednesday.

Next up, the Vikings confront the Chesterton Trojans (Chesterton, IN) in a Duneland game, on Thursday, September 25. Valparaiso will attempt to advance on its 15-11 season record. The Trojans go into the game with a 23-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Lake Central (St. John, IN).

The Mustangs (4-22) will now prepare for their game against Lowell (Lowell, IN). The Red Devils go into the Northwest Crossroads game with a 8-9 record. In their last game, Lowell defeated Highland (Highland, IN), 3-1, in a league outing.
