September 25, 2024: Pittsford, NY 14534 Pittsford Panthers (Pittsford, NY) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Greece Athena Trojans (Rochester, NY), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Pittsford improves its record to 7-0 on the season. The Panthers travel to Our Lady of Mercy (Rochester, NY) to face the Monarchs in a non-league test on Monday, September 30. The Monarchs go into the test with a record of 1-1.
The Trojans now own a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Greece Olympia for a non-league test on Monday, September 30. Greece Athena will face a Spartans squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Gates Chili (Rochester, NY). The Spartans record now stands at 0-6.
