The Timberwolves now hold a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Ledford for a Mid-Piedmont 3A challenge on Monday, September 30. Montgomery Central will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 9-0 league win over Central Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 5-3.
With the loss, North Davidson moves to 3-9 on the year. The Black knights host Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC) to encounter the Grizzlies in a Mid-Piedmont 3A challenge on Monday, September 30. The Grizzlies go into the challenge with a record of 3-9. Oak Grove lost 9-2 in their recent league challenge against Asheboro (Asheboro, NC)
