In Wednesday's league challenge, the visiting Flowers Jaguars volleyball team scored a close 3-2 victory over the Parkdale Panthers.

The Jaguars (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against City College (Baltimore, MD). The Black Knights enter the non-league challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, City College got by Edmondson-Westside (Baltimore, MD), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers meet the Laurel Spartans (Laurel, MD) in a Prince George's County 4A challenge, on Monday, September 30. Parkdale will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Spartans enter the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 3-1 league win over DuVal (Lanham, MD).
