Virginia High School Football - L.C. Bird defeats Richmond High School for the Arts

September 25, 2025: Chesterfield, VA 23832

The crowd at Thursday's league contest between the L.C. Bird Skyhawks (Chesterfield, VA) and the visiting Richmond High School for the Arts Bulldogs (Richmond, VA), saw L.C. Bird's football team gain a win over Richmond High School for the Arts by a final score of 49-26.

With the win, L.C. Bird advances its record to 3-2 on the season. The Skyhawks travel to Huguenot (Richmond, VA) to encounter the Falcons in a Dominion bout on Friday, October 3. The Falcons enter the match with a record of 3-1. Huguenot won 57-7 in their recent league match against Midlothian (Midlothian, VA)

Coming up next, the Bulldogs confront the Monacan Chiefs (Richmond, VA) in a Dominion match, on Friday, October 3. Richmond High School for the Arts will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Chiefs enter the match with a 1-4 record after their 29-26 league win over Powhatan (Powhatan, VA).
