North Carolina High School Soccer - Eastern North Carolina School for the Deaf nudged by Virginia School for the Deaf & Blind
September 25, 2025: Wilson, NC 27893 Virginia School for the Deaf & Blind Fox Defenders (Staunton, VA) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host Eastern North Carolina School for the Deaf Fighting Hornet (Wilson, NC), 4-3 in a league test.
With the triumph, Virginia School for the Deaf & Blind advances its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Fox Defenders host Appalachian Christian School (Waynesboro, VA) to clash with the Trailblazers in a non-league test on Monday, September 29. The Trailblazers come into the test with a record of 4-4. Appalachian Christian School won 7-1 in their recent non-league bout against Boys' Home (Covington, VA)
With the loss, Eastern North Carolina School for the Deaf moves to 0-1 on the year. The Fighting hornet travel to Virginia School for the Deaf & Blind (Staunton, VA) to play the Fox Defenders in a VISAA - Independent bout on Tuesday, October 14. The Fox Defenders go into the bout with a record of 4-3.
