The Chase County Bulldogs volleyball squad (Cottonwood Falls, KS), was edged 2-1 in Thursday's league battle with the host Mission Valley Vikings (Eskridge, KS)

With the win, Mission Valley improves its record to 15-10 on the season. The Vikings travel to Lyndon (Lyndon, KS) to battle the Tigers in a Flint Hills contest on Tuesday, September 30. The Tigers enter the contest with a record of 12-11. Lyndon lost 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Burlington (Burlington, KS)
