The Cordova Blue Devils topped the host Corner Yellow Jackets volleyball team by a margin of 3-1 in Thursday's non-league outing.

The Blue Devils now possess a 20-15 record. They play next when they travel to Fultondale for a 4A Area 9 outing on Tuesday, September 30. Cordova will play a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Pinson Valley (Pinson, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-7.

With the loss, Corner drops to 15-14 on the campaign. The Yellow jackets travel to Cornerstone (Birmingham, AL) to play the Eagles in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 27.
