September 26, 2022: Wake Forest, NC 27587 The Heritage Huskies volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Wake Forest Cougars to 0 in the Huskies non-league victory on Monday.
The Huskies now have a 14-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Franklinton for a non-league game on Wednesday, September 28. Heritage will meet a Rams team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Nash Central (Rocky Mount, NC). The Rams record now stands at 6-9.
The Cougars (7-7) will now prepare for their game against East Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill, NC). The Wildcats enter the non-league game with a 1-7 record. In their last game, East Chapel Hill dropped by Southern Alamance (Graham, NC), 2-1, in a non-league game.
