Washington, DC High School Soccer - St. John's held off by The Heights
September 26, 2023: Washington, DC 20015 In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting The Heights soccer squad scored a close 1-0 triumph over the St. John's Cadets.
The (6-0) will now prepare for their battle against Archbishop Carroll (Washington, DC). The Lions come into the Washington Catholic (WCAC) battle with a 1-5 record. In their last battle, Archbishop Carroll was nudged by St. Mary's Ryken (Leonardtown, MD), 7-1, in a league battle.
The Cadets (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against DeMatha (Hyattsville, MD). The Stags come into the Washington Catholic (WCAC) battle with a 7-2 record. In their last battle, DeMatha nudged Gonzaga (Washington, DC), 3-1, in a league battle.
