Virginia High School Volleyball - Council nudged by Twin Valley
September 26, 2023: Pilgrims Knob, VA 24634 The Council Cobras volleyball team (Council, VA), was nudged 3-2 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Twin Valley Panthers (Pilgrims Knob, VA)
The Panthers (4-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Grundy (Grundy, VA). The Golden Wave enter the Black Diamond challenge with a 9-4 record. In their last challenge, Grundy nipped Hurley (Hurley, VA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Cobras encounter the Twin Springs Titans (Nickelsville, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 28. Council will attempt to move on its 1-8 season record. The Titans enter the challenge with a 3-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to J.I. Burton (Norton, VA).
