North Carolina High School Volleyball - Berry overwhelmed by South Mecklenburg

In Tuesday's league battle, the host South Mecklenburg Sabres volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Berry Cardinal.

The Sabres (10-7) will now prepare for their battle against Charlotte Catholic (Charlotte, NC). The Cougars come into the non-league battle with a 8-5 record. In their last battle, Charlotte Catholic achieved victory over Independence (Charlotte, NC), 3-1, in a league battle.

Next, the Cardinal clash with the Ardrey Kell Knights (Charlotte, NC) in a So Meck 4A battle, on Thursday, September 28. Berry will attempt to advance on its 3-11 season record. The Knights come into the battle with a 15-5 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Northwest Guilford (Greensboro, NC).
