New York High School Football - Barker/Royalton-Hartland loses to Alden
September 26, 2024: Alden, NY 14004 Alden Bulldogs (Alden, NY) followers went home pleased Thursday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Barker/Royalton-Hartland Bulls (Middleport, NY), 36-8 in a league battle.
With the win, Alden advances its record to 4-0 on the season. The Bulldogs host Newfane (Newfane, NY) to battle the Panthers in a Section 6 C - North contest on Friday, October 4. The Panthers enter the contest with a record of 4-0. Newfane won 21-20 in their recent league contest against Akron (Akron, NY)
Coming up next, the Bulls battle the Cleveland Hill Golden Eagles (Cheektowaga, NY) in a Section 6 C - North contest, on Saturday, October 5. Barker/Royalton-Hartland will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the contest with a 2-2 record after their 38-22 league win over Western New York Maritime Charter/Tapestry (Buffalo, NY).
