California High School Football - Archbishop Mitty thwarted by Valley Christian
September 26, 2024: San Jose, CA 95129 Valley Christian Warriors (San Jose, CA) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Archbishop Mitty Monarchs (San Jose, CA), 20-7 in a league battle.
With the win, Valley Christian improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Warriors host Bellarmine College Prep (San Jose, CA) to play the Bells in a battle on Saturday, October 5. The Bells go into the battle with a record of 2-3. Bellarmine College Prep lost 21-0 in their recent league battle against Saint Francis (Mountain View, CA)
The Monarchs now have a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Saint Francis for a battle on Thursday, October 3. Archbishop Mitty will play a Lancers team coming off a 21-0 league win over Bellarmine College Prep (San Jose, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 2-0.
