Nevada High School Football - Sparks overwhelmed by Spring Creek
September 26, 2024: Sparks, NV 89431 The Spring Creek Spartans walloped the host Sparks Railroaders football squad by a count of 49-0 in Thursday's non-league match.
The Spartans (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Pershing County (Lovelock, NV). The Mustangs come into the non-league match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Pershing County routed North Tahoe (Tahoe City, CA), 36-6, in a non-league match.
Coming up next, the Railroaders meet the Elko Indians (Elko, NV) in a non-league match, on Friday, October 4. Sparks will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Indians enter the contest with a 2-3 record after their 12-6 league loss to Lowry (Winnemucca, NV).
