September 26, 2024: Big Rapids, MI 49307 Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Big Rapids Cardinals (Big Rapids, MI) and the visiting Whitehall Vikings (Whitehall, MI), saw Big Rapids's soccer squad hold off Whitehall by a count of 2-1.
The Cardinals (9-7) will now prepare for their battle against Tri County Area (Howard City, MI). The Vikings enter the non-league battle with a 6-8 record. In their last battle, Tri County Area was edged by Hart (Hart, MI), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Vikings battle the Fremont Packers (Fremont, MI) in a non-league battle, on Monday, September 30. Whitehall will attempt to upgrade on its 5-8 season record. The Packers enter the battle with a 12-5 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Montague (Montague, MI).
