The Eagles now possess a 10-7 record. They play next when they travel to Ripley for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 28. Falkner will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Shannon (Shannon, MS). The Tigers record now stands at 12-14.
With the loss, Ashland drops to 3-14 on the campaign. The Blue devils host Jumpertown (Booneville, MS) to clash with the Cardinals in a Class 1A Region 2 bout on Monday, September 30.
