With the win, Kingsford advances its record to 12-3 on the season. The Flivvers travel to Escanaba (Escanaba, MI) to face the Eskymos in a Big North test on Saturday, September 28. The Eskymos go into the test with a record of 6-3. Escanaba won 3-1 in their recent league test against Marquette (Marquette, MI)
The Braves now sport a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Menominee for a Great Northern U.P. test on Saturday, September 28. Gladstone will face a Maroons squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Carney-Nadeau (Carney, MI). The Maroons record now stands at 2-9.
