September 26, 2024: Winchester, VA 22603 Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Millbrook Pioneers (Winchester, VA) and the visiting Meridian Mustangs (Falls Church, VA), observed Millbrook's volleyball team top Meridian by a count of 3-0.
The Pioneers (8-2) will now prepare for their contest against Sherando (Stephens City, VA). The Warriors enter the Northwestern contest with a 9-2 record.
Next, the Mustangs meet the Skyline Hawks (Front Royal, VA) in a Northwestern contest, on Tuesday, October 1. Meridian will attempt to move on its 7-9 season record. The Hawks enter the contest with a 2-8 record after their 3-0 league loss to Handley (Winchester, VA).
