The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Boerne Greyhounds (Boerne, TX) and the visiting Alamo Heights Mules (San Antonio, TX), witnessed Boerne's football squad edge Alamo Heights by a tally of 37-35.

With the win, Boerne advances its record to 4-1 on the season. The Greyhounds travel to Harlandale (San Antonio, TX) to encounter the Indians in a 5A-2 Region IV District 13 bout on Friday, October 10. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 2-3.

The Mules now own a 4-1 record. They play next when they host Harlandale for a 5A-2 Region IV District 13 contest on Friday, October 3. Alamo Heights will confront a Indians squad coming off a 42-34 league loss to Tivy (Kerrville, TX). The Indians record now stands at 2-3.
