The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the American Falls Beavers (American Falls, ID) and the visiting South Fremont Cougars (St. Anthony, ID), witnessed American Falls's football squad topple South Fremont by a count of 34-6.

With the win, American Falls advances its record to 5-1 on the season. The Beavers travel to Bear Lake (Montpelier, ID) to play the Bears in a 4A South East Idaho battle on Friday, October 10. The Bears go into the battle with a record of 0-5.

The Cougars now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Bear Lake for a non-league battle on Friday, October 3. South Fremont will play a Bears team coming off a 34-21 non-league loss to Rich (Randolph, UT). The Bears record now stands at 0-5.
