In Friday's non-league outing, the Silver Bluff Bulldogs (Aiken, SC) football squad trounced the host Barnwell Warhorses (Barnwell, SC), by a margin of 49-6.

The Bulldogs now sport a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Newberry for a AAA Region 4 outing on Friday, October 3. Silver Bluff will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 35-7 non-league win over Saluda (Saluda, SC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-0.

With the defeat, Barnwell drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Warhorses host Lake Marion (Santee, SC) to battle the Gators in a AA Region 5 game on Friday, October 3. The Gators enter the game with a record of 2-4. Lake Marion won 19-0 in their recent non-league game against Allendale-Fairfax (Fairfax, SC)
